I am so disappointed. I order from here all the time. Tonight I was really craving this pizza. I ordered the same thing I always ordered. I literally just hit re-order on my account. Waited almost an hour for it to be delivered just to receive a pepperoni pizza and I’m allergic to pork.. I was so disappointed. I called them, waited for a manager(Andrew) and his response was I don’t check if the right pizzas go out. I just make the pizza sorry that the driver didn’t do it.. Then said he could remake it, but he can’t skip in front of other people’s orders to send my order out so I would have to wait another 45 minutes to receive my order. I told him I didn’t think that was fair when I placed the order an hour ago and he’s not cutting the line, He’s just fixing the mistake that they made and he said he didn’t make the mistake and asked me if I wanted to come make the pizzas. Then, when I said, could he refund me he said yes, and as I was mid sentence, he hung up on me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Ordered 2 pizzas with the "Turbo" promo online early in the morning to be ready by 2:30pm on the 25th and was. I was greeted by 2 staff members which to me looked like they were doing it all by themselves so shout out to them for holding it down 👍🏻 My pizza was cooked to perfection with that crispy bottom and that delicious turbo crust 😋 I ordered the classic Pepperoni and Jet 10 both were fantastic and will be going back during football season 🏈

Their pizza is AWESOME! Just got a plain thick crust 8pc with pepperoni and cheese. Very good! Even after it was heated in the microwave a couple days later! SIDENOTE: Always put a shot glass of water in when heating pizza--keeps it tender not chewy. They were very quick with my order. I ordered, left from work down the street, and it was ready within the 15-20 minutes they said. I had a pizza in 5 minutes of my arrival! This place is NOT meant for eating in. They have a narrow waiting area with a bench. If you have big booty like I do, stay in the car and send a smaller person in whenever possible. Definitely going back to try the gluten-free option for my husband!

I have had nothing but top notch SERVICE and top notch PIZZA from this JETS ! It was thru work and I was I don't really care for think square pizza hahaha nope I love it . About the only pizza I get nowadays. I use to order it delivered from the papa place . Now I go get it no problem because I know I am getting the good stuff. Thank you JETS ON SOUTH FLORIDA LAKELAND. And your employees are always nice and have a smile. Always oh and my wife loves the Greek salad ( LOVES IT )

**1/22:**retribution post: I called and they replaced my pizza with PERFECTION! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, GREAT TASTE, THE JET'S TASTE I KNOW AND LOVE! THANKS FOR FINDING YOUR MOJO!💙🍕 This pizza was $19.?? And it's burnt to a crisp. The taste is very off-putting and I've never experienced this at Jetz in Jacksonville. Very disappointing 😞 it's so burnt the sausages just rolled off like marbles onto the floor. Almost lost a tooth... never again
